Many of our landlords are overseas and we have extensive experience of managing properties on a long term basis, organising major works and supervising all aspects of property maintanance and improvements. After many years of managing properties we have an extensive network of contractors on our books who are professional and reliable and who we use regularly. We take particular care in finding the right tenant for your home and manage it together with the surrounding gardens and grounds with care, understanding and attention to detail which the individual property deserves and requires. We are able to listen to the Landlord’s requests and preferences and have first hand knowledge of the property to find the most suitable tenant. If you have a house or home to let we have the experience and personal attention to organise and manage a successful tenancy and the detail and care which its management will require.
