UNDERGRADUATE / NEWLY QUALIFIED GRADUATE REQUIRED

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic undergraduate or newly qualified graduate to help support our busy team this summer, early June to late September.

The role is wide ranging and could provide invaluable experience for applicants interested in pursuing a career in property, surveying or land agency. You will spend time in the sales, lettings and management departments, shadowing the partners on occasion and carrying out viewings of selected properties.

You will need to have the following skills:

•	Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good telephone manner
•	High level of IT knowledge across a variety of software packages
•	An interest in property
•	Clean driving licence
•	Outgoing, ‘can do’ personality
•	Ability to absorb new information quickly and get things done
