The Country House Company specialises in offering a personal and professional service for the sale, letting and purchase of high quality country homes. Our portfolio includes period and traditional country houses, cottages and barn conversions for full time homes or weekend retreats. These are in outstanding locations ranging from the rural, village or waterside to city centre.

The Country House Company is headed by Sue Crossley, BSc, MRICS, FARLA, who together with her dedicated team deliver a professional service based on many years of surveying and property management experience. By understanding the specific needs and priorities of their vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants they are able to provide a tailor made property service ensuring client satisfaction.

Early in 2010 we increased our profile in the sales market and successfully sold a number of houses during the year. At the start of 2011 we have a variety of properties for sale and importantly a number of properties that we are selling on a 'discreet basis' and will therefore not show on this website.
